Getting to Know Me

I thought the best way to start my blog was to tell you a little about myself. I am a retired Home Ec (yes I call it Home Ec) teacher. I feel I have so much kitchen knowledge and so many recipes that I still need to share them. I would like to get questions from you about what you would like to learn . Hopefully, I'll be able to answer every question.

The other thing I'm planning on is a new recipe at least once a week, more if I have time. If anyone is looking for a recipe, I probably have it. If you are having a problem with one, I hope I can help.

I hope we'll have fun cooking together. It has always been one of my greatest passions.
